Synopsis

This 48-page black-and-white three-issue mini-series re-prints all of Eddie Campbell's previously published Bacchus appearances. This issue features a new cover painted by Campbell and some new material as well, including an afterword by the author. In this issue we follow Bacchus from his youth into his elderly years. Along the way, we learn not only that Zeus is a wanker, but also how the corkscrew came into being--a must for wine drinkers everywhere! This issue includes "Tam O'Shanter," "Defining the Divine." "Close Encounters of the Fermented Kind," "Gods, Monks and Corkscrews," "The Unknown God," a new story titled "The Seasons," and a very special letters column.
